Dal Baba Bidhi Chand Ji Khalsa Diwan Ballarat Gurdwara
The Ballarat Sikh Community established Dal Baba Bidhi Chand Ji Khalsa Diwan in response to the growing number of Sikh families in Ballarat. The initiative began in 2021, and by 2022 the Sangat had come together to rent a small warehouse as a temporary Gurduara Sahib.
As the community continued to grow, a permanent place of worship was secured in July 2025 at 227 Albert Street, Sebastopol. This site had previously been used for worship, and it is a matter of great fortune that it once again serves this sacred purpose under the Sikh community. The Gurduara Sahib now provides a spiritual home where the Sangat can gather to pray and seek the blessings of the Almighty.
